Purchases made on stampaetichetteonline.com are regulated by the following Terms & Conditions (the “Conditions”).

By clicking on the “accept” button, the user accepts the Conditions without any  limitations or reservations.

1. Services offered by the site

The Site offers the chance to benefit from web-to-print services (the “Services”).
To access the services, the user has to be registered to the Site. During the registration stage, the user will be asked to specify if they intend to register and therefore purchase goods as a company/professional or privately, specifying the user’s nationality. Only purchases made by private users will be subjected to the rules applicable to consumers.
All final product prices viewed on the site are shown in Euros or Pound,  with or without VAT, depending on the country or registration type. Product prices are subject to periodic changes and variations.
Shipping costs are considered as included for certain products and offers. For all the other products, the shipping costs will be paid by the user.

2. Product selection and purchasing method

After being authenticated, the user will be able to proceed with the selection of products as described in the appropriate sections, by selecting them one after the other, customising them, and adding the required quantity to the shopping basket. Some images may be provided for informational purposes and could differ from the final delivered product.
Except in the case where the user does not opt for images or designs suggested by Stampaetichetteonline for certain products, once the quotation has been confirmed and the payment has been completed (with the exception of cash on delivery and bank transfer payment options), the user will be asked to complete the order by loading the file/artwork they wish to print in the “upload area”. The user remains the only responsible party for the verification of contents, spelling and artwork of loaded files.
After selecting the desired products, an order check out screen will be shown displaying the costs and total spending of the order.

3. Payments and loading of contents

The client will be able to purchase products online and carry out payments by debit/credit card (Visa or Mastercard) via Paypal, Sofort, by bank transfer or cash on delivery, as indicated on the site, by following the instructions indicated for the chosen purchase procedure.
The necessary information for payment will be forwarded, by means of cryptographic protocols, to the payment institution which has been entrusted by Stampaetichetteonline for electronic payments, without possibility of any third party having an access to the information.
Payments must be made in advance and only after the payment and the file has been uploaded by the customer, the selected items will be put into production. Production begins from the moment the file is uploaded.
For payments via bank transfer, production will begin only after payment is received and as a consequence, the delivery can be delayed 2-3 days, plus the time needed for printing and shipping. In such case it is necessary to insert the order number in the payment description section to speed up the transaction.
For payments in cash on delivery, the order will pass directly from the production stage to the outcome of the uploading of the file. This purchase method has no bearing on delivery times. Invoicing of purchased goods will take place in the shipment stage. Stampaetichetteonline reserves the right at any time, after evaluating at its own discretion the circumstances of each case, to not accept this payment method. In such  case, the user will be contacted immediately to agree on a new payment method.
During the purchasing stage, invoicing for all users is carried out by Stampaetichetteonline. Invoices are available under "My Account". It is your responsibility to print all invoices and keep them for your records.

4. User responsibility for uploaded content

The selection of contents and images to be printed, as well as the acquirement of the authorisation for their reproduction, where necessary, is the complete responsibility of the user. Stampaetichetteonline won’t proceed under any circumstances with the verification of contents if it is not related to the technical specifications and the graphic’s compatibility with the required specifications.
Stampaetichetteonline may not be in any way held responsible for the non-authorised use of pictures by users or for any type of rights violation by third parties.
The user hereby releases Stampaetichetteonline, undertaking therefore to indemnify it, from any responsibility to third parties that may complain about violations of intellectual property rights, damage to company image, honour, decorum, moral integrity or any monetary or non-monetary damage in consequence to the printing of images and contents uploaded by the user.
Stampaetichetteonline reserves the right, at any time, to stop any order which shows a clear violation of intellectual property rights of third parties or if the contents are defamatory, violent or otherwise contrary to public law and morality.

5. Automatic verification of uploaded files

The Stampaetichetteonline system automatically verifies format compatibility with regards to dimensions, resolution and the presence of open fonts, font verification and the conversion into paths, checking for any white overprinting and punching, as well as the conversion of Pantone colours to the best profile for the print requested (the system does not indicate Pantone colours present in the file, but it converts them directly to CYMK).
In the case the file does not conform, the system will block the order. In such case, the user will be advised immediately via email and asked to uploading the file once again.
If the system does not reveal any problems, the file will automatically pass into production.

6. File verification on request

At the request of the user, through the “Verify file” option, for an surplus fee,  your file may be verified by a professional graphic-aesthetics Stampaetichetteonline operator.
By selecting this option, Stampaetichetteonline will provide: graphic test of layers, template paths, safety margins, distance of the graphic elements from the edge of the print, front and back orientation, verification of .pdf files for the specific requirements of magazines and/or catalogues, (spine size, number of pages, cover files), and verification of the correct graphic setting in the event that it is necessary to fold the print.
Note that the verification system does not include an exhaustive layout check, spell check or of any missing photos inside magazines, catalogues or books.

7. Delivery and shipping times

The delivery of products will be carried out on dates selected by the user during the payment stage. Times are calculated starting from the completion of the order, or rather the outcome of the uploading of the file and reception of the confirmation. Delivery dates are valid for most of a given country. Islands and more remote areas could require two or more extra working days.
The order won’t be completed until the moment the file has been uploaded by the user and reception of the related confirmation. If the user does not upload the file within 15 days from the order date, the order will be cancelled and the user will be refunded in the event that payment was made.
Shipping and delivery are guaranteed under the terms selected on the payment page providing that the purchasing order is complete by 18:30 on the same day. Reception of files or payment confirmations after 18:30 are considered to have taken place the next working day. Working days are classed as Monday to Friday except from New Year’s Day, 6th Jan, 25th Apr, 1st May, 2nd June, 15th Aug, 1st Nov, 8th Dec, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, Boxing Day, New Year’s Eve, Easter and Easter Monday.
Stampaetichetteonline can only ship to the country of your invoice address. Deliveries to trade fairs can not be featured.
Under no circumstance will Stampaetichetteonline be held responsible for possible damages caused by a late delivery.

8. Withdrawal right

The right of withdrawal without penalties and without specifiying the reason, usually guaranteed to the “consumer” users, does not apply to most services offered by Stampaetichetteonline, as the goods provided are custom-packaged and personalised.
Only for certain products, where there isn’t any personalisation (for example in the event in which the user chooses a graphic or a drawing pre-provided by Stampaetichetteonline or, in general, in all the cases in which the user does not upload their own file for printing or does not choose personalisations with certain types of material, fabric, etc.), the right to withdrawal applies in favour of the consumer.
In this case, the consumer will be able to withdraw from the contract within 14 days after the delivery of products. To exercise this right, the user will have to communicate the withdrawal to Stampaetichetteonline within the 14 days after delivery, at the following address:

Stampaetichetteonline will send a confirmation message to the user, indicating the way in which the product will be returned. Once returned, Stampaetichetteonline will reimburse the user at the full price.

Costs of returning items are paid for by the customer.

9. Liability disclaimer - products' defects

Stampaetichetteonline will not be held responsible by users for damages of any kind, whether direct or indirect, deriving from possible errors, of any type, in the printing of the file sent by the customer, except in the case of wilful misconduct or gross negligence.
In case of printing errors not attributable to the user or to delivery of the defect or damaged product, Stampaetichetteonline will exclusively carry out one reprint of the material.
At the time of delivery, the user is obliged to thoroughly examine the products received. Any possible defects of the delivered items, printing errors or in the material’s packaging not attributable to the user, are to be reported to the courier immediately. The items must be retrieved by signing subject to verification. The user will then have to send a complaint through their personal Stampaetichetteonline account, making sure to attach photographic documentation where requested, within 8 days of the delivery of materials.
Stampaetichetteonline will do its best to respond to any complaints received within two hours.

10. Appicable law and jurisdiction for legal entities

The present conditions are subject to Italian law.
For all orders from individuals who are not classed a “Consumer”, all disputes relating to the interpretation and/or execution of this contract will be under the exclusive jurisdiction of the court of Venice, Italy.
Pursuant to sections 1341 and 1342 of the Italian Civil Code, the user accepts the following specific provisions of the conditions: 7 (Delivery and shipment times); 9 (Liability Disclaimer - products’ defects); 10 (Jurisdiction and applicable court)
